What are your guarantees?
Our goal is to provide you with a LinkedIn Profile you are thrilled with. If there’s something you don’t like about the first draft, tell us. As a highly visible, public portrayal of your skills, experience and abilities, it is vital you feel comfortable with your new LinkedIn Profile. What happens after I order?
After you have successfully placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to download your Welcome Pack which contains a pre-start questionnaire, along with instructions on how to submit your documentation for scheduling. From there the fun begins! We’ll be in personal contact with you to advise deliverables and next steps.
How soon do I get my new LinkedIn Profile

Do you make the changes in my LinkedIn profile account?
No. We provide you with the content in a Word document which you copy and paste into your profile. We also provide guidance on how to update your LinkedIn Profile and Account. Optionally, we can upload the new content to your LinkedIn Profile, however, additional fees apply.
I don’t have a resume. Or, I don’t have an up-to-date resume. Or, my resume doesn’t really articulate my strengths or the results I have achieved. Can you still write my profile?
No. We need a resume that details your education and career history – in particular, your current role and two positions prior. It is also in your best interests to have a resume that clearly states strong results you have obtained for those positions – either by quantifiable results, or intangible achievements that cannot necessarily be quantified in a measurable way but are still great nonetheless. With a strong resume, we have powerful information to work with and, thus, market your potential to a prospective employer or client! For discounted pricing exclusive to existing clients of Aussie Resumes: your resume must be up-to-date, with any updates written by Aussie Resumes.
Do you call me to obtain information for my profile?
New Clients (we have not written your resume): We obtain your information via our specially formulated questionnaire and your up-to-date resume. Once these documents have been reviewed, a 15-30 minute telephone call is scheduled to work through any points that need clarification. (Note: this is not an information gathering process – if you require this service, you can optionally upgrade for a coaching call.) Existing Clients of Aussie Resumes: We obtain your information via our specially formulated LinkedIn questionnaire and the recent, up-to-date resume we have written for you. If any matters need clarification we will query via email or telephone. (Note: if any changes to the resume we initially wrote are made by you, further fees may apply to secure the quality information we require.)
