I think I've found a spelling mistake on your site!

We use Australian / UK English as opposed to US English.  But if you do find an error on our site please tell us about it!! :-)

Some points of difference:

  • 'S' instead of 'Z'
    Eg: utilise is the Australian / UK spelling, utilize is US spelling
    Eg: analyse is the Australian / UK spelling, analyze is US spelling

  • Inclusion of 'U' in some words
    Eg: colour is the Australian / UK spelling, color is US spelling
    Eg: favour is the Australian / UK spelling, favor is US spelling

  • Inclusion of an additional 'L' in some words
    Eg: panelled is the Australian / UK spelling, paneled is the US spelling

  • Exclusion of an 'L' in some instances
    Eg: fulfil is the Australian / UK spelling, fulfill is the US spelling

  • Odds & Ends!
    Eg: Enquiry is the Australian / UK spelling, Inquiry is US spelling
    Eg: bank cheque is the Australian / UK spelling, bank check is US spelling
    Eg: tyre is the Australian / UK spelling, tire is the US spelling

And so the list goes on.

Please note that for those clients seeking a position in the US or other country which primarily uses US spelling, then US spelling is default in all of the written material we provide to you.


How to Shop at Aussie Résumés

When you have chosen a service and / or product you are interested in you can add it to your shopping cart at anytime.

At the right of the page you will notice a box titled "Your Cart".  Whenever you add something to your cart you will notice it reflected in the "Your Cart" section.

This section has a checkout link which you can use at anytime to checkout.  When you checkout you are presented with a number of convenient payment options including credit card, offline payment and paypal.


I've received an error message stating that my credit card is invalid. What should I do?
If you see an error message stating that your credit card is invalid, this has most likely happened for one of the following reasons: 1. You have incorrectly entered your credit card number. 2. You have incorrectly entered your CVV code. 3. You have incorrectly entered your expiration date. 4. You have used a cancelled credit card to place your order. 5. Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions only (sales where your card is physically scanned). Please double-check your credit card and/or with your bank to ensure that none of these problems have occurred. If you realize that you've made a mistake, simply return to the payment option page and enter in the correct information. Continue checking out as normal. If you're still encountering problems, please contact us. However, at NO point should you ever e-mail us your full credit card number. Your e-mail does not have the same security features in place as the website. If you wish to reference a specific credit card that you already have on file with us, please reference by the order number. If you believe that you have provided us with an incorrect CVV code or expiration date you may send us that corrected information via e-mail referencing by the order number. If you believe that your card was declined due to insufficient funds, but now have those funds available, you may ask that we attempt to charge your credit card again. If you believe that your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions, you must either contact your bank about removing such restrictions, provide us with a different credit card, or choose a new payment method.

Why is my online confirmation number different from my order number?
This is due to the internal process we must maintain to properly track your order through the system. Once an order number is assigned you may use it for all future references to that purchase.

Is my order secure?

We utilise 128 bit security to process all order details. You are able to verify this by the link (eg: https://) and the padlock which indicates a secure connection. In accordance with API worldwide regulations, we do not store credit card details nor do we see your credit card details. These are processed securely via our merchant provider and encrypted enroute through the secure connection. 

Furthermore, this site is tested and certified daily by GeoTrust.  You can verify this by clicking on the GeoTrust logo which you will find on the checkout pages.

Dependable on the service you choose, some services / products require full payment upon order (such as software, etc).

When do I have to pay for it?
You either pay in full or pay a deposit for the service / products when placing your order. The checkout page has full options when you order.

Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, some writing services have payment plans. Please check the ordering page for the service / product you wish to order.

How do I order / pay for it?
 
  1. Via the Internet on the allocated order page.  Please visit the page for the service you are interested in; that same page will have a link to add to your basket, then checkout. You have various payment options including Visa, Mastercard, Direct Bank Transfer (EFT), Offline Payment (telephone / fax), Bank Cheque, Money Order.

    This site is tested and certified daily by GeoTrust to ensure Internet Security of your details. You can find this verifiable logo on the order / checkout pages.

  2. Snail Mail -  still add the service to your cart, then choose your payment method as 'offline payment'. Our system will email you the details so you can mail your order.  Payment can be made by credit card, bank cheque or money order.

Can I pay via Bpay or electronic funds transfer?
Bpay is not available, however, you can use electronic funds transfer. Please refer to the answer directly above.

Are my details kept private? Are they disclosed to third parties?
We have stringent privacy policies in place.  We respect your privacy and, as such, your particulars will never be disclosed to a third party.  For more information please view our Privacy Policy.

I want to order by mail. Can I do that?

Yes you can.  Order the service by adding to your cart, then our system will ask you which payment method you prefer.  Please choose 'offline payment'.  Our system will immediately email you the details so you can send your order via mail / post.


I'm in the Defence Forces and they will pay for my resume. Can you organise this?

 

Yes.  There are 2 options open to you:

  • Order and pay for the service.  Aussie Resumes will provide you with a tax invoice receipt so you can gain reimbursement from The Department of Defence; OR

  • Contact us with the relevant details and we will arrange everything for you and deal direct with The Department of Defence.
